There is a recent site that lists chiropractic blogs, presumably to make non-chirotalk sites more googleable. Somehow they ended up scooping my blog up, which is not a chiro blog at all. They do not have a contact listed, so I wrote a big long blog post about how I didn't appreciate my blog being added to a long list of chiropractic blogs. I think I might go register a complaint at this red orbit link, as well.
Ever since Allstate sued Accident and Injury Chiropractic and myself, Mark Rayshell, for fraud, the Internet has been filled with websites displaying copies of the lawsuit and Allstate's allegations against us. If any type of web search is performed on any of the defendants, myself included, some of the top returned search results will inevitably be links to websites showing the original lawsuit. One such link that continually comes up is the Chiroweb page in which they had previously published a copy of the lawsuit.
Now that we have won the appeal against Allstate Ins Co many of the same people who were so proud to publish the original lawsuit have, at least, published something about the appeal and the results. What is interesting is that the web search of the defendants still returns with links to the original lawsuit but not to the articles about our having won the appeal.
I E-mailed Chiroweb about this and they simply answered that they have published an article about the appeal and provided the link:

I visited the link to Dr. Simon. I have to ask my fellow colleagues; what the hay is an "ultra specialist" in chiropractic. Is this a joke or an US designation......It has to be a joke eh?
Dr. Mitchell Simon and his staff are pleased to welcome you to our website. As an ultra-specialist in Chiropractic our objective is simple: to help relieve your pain and rejuvenate your spine, the center of all energy in your body. We truly believe that if you maintain a flexible spine by correcting spinal subluxations, you’ll lead a healthier life.
Aside from the fact the he describes himself as "very athletic", I don't see any other credentials that allow his to make this claim.
I'll Email the Massachusetts Chiropractic Board and see if they can clear up any confusion. I'll post their reply.

An ultra-specialist in chiropractic has a pisiform that shoots electric bolts strait into the nervous system, supercharging the innate, and restoring to the patient to ultra-health.
