 new to being a CA...Question?

hello, i had a question I am currently a massage therapist and im,working for a chiropractor and he wants to promote me to be a CA. Im not sure but I wanted to see how much do they usually get paid an hour? this would be my first working in this department and i dont want him to under pay me, please if anyone can give me some answers before i accept this posistion and start training. thank you

What kind of promotion is that? Not much of a one. Why are you working for anyone? Go grow your own practice instead. Hire him to help you someday. ;D

CAs are very poorly paid. I've heard of $7 to $15 per hour maximum. I would think you'd do much better as a massage therapist. Even better, get certification as a licensed medical masseuse and then certification in SASTM (http://www.sastm.com/) and you would have a very lucrative specialization.

If your boss is promoting you then he must increase your pay if he is doing so then its fine otherwise if you good experience and can handle you own practice then do it so or you can also go for some other chiropractic cleanic.
