I've used cervical traction wedges with success on/off over years.
Anyone know of good lumbar traction unit? Getting early onset of sciatica returning.
I've had help previously with Saunder's lumbar unit.. but it costs like $500 bucks. Inversion tables don't help me, oddly enough.
Anything similar but less costly? Or even home made version? lol
